Stretches that
work for you

Keybreak is bundled with more than 35 stretch videos recommended by osteopaths and physiotherapists.

You won't find any embarrassing press-ups or star jumps here — all of our stretches can be done discretely and easily at your desk.

Neck

When working at our computers we typically tilt our heads forwards by 30 degrees.

In this position, gravity increases the effective weight on our neck by four times!

Regular stretching of our neck muscles relaxes and strengthens them, resulting in less neck pain and surprisingly – fewer headaches.

Chris

As someone who works from home I have found this App very helpful. The regular prompts to take a break are useful in themselves but it is the guided stretches and movements that really work for me. The stretches really help ease any back and neck pain caused by working at the PC and the 3 minute break is sufficient to refresh you. I would highly recommend this app if you spend any time working on a PC or laptop.
