End User License Agreement

Last updated: February 17, 2026

By downloading, installing, or using Keybreak, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.

Thanks for using Keybreak! This is a friendly agreement that outlines how you can use our software.

Free Version

Keybreak is free to get started. The free version includes:

  • 8 guided stretches from our full library
  • Break reminders to keep you moving throughout the day
  • Customisable schedule — set your own break intervals

Keybreak Plus

Upgrade to Keybreak Plus to unlock the full experience:

  • All 37 stretches — the complete guided stretch library
  • Focus areas — prioritise stretches for your trouble spots (neck, shoulders, back, etc.)
  • Injury settings — exclude movements that cause discomfort
  • Achievements & streak tracking — build the habit with trophies and daily streaks

Purchasing & License Keys

Keybreak Plus licenses are purchased through our website. Payment and billing are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

  • Prices are listed in British pounds (GBP). If you are outside the United Kingdom, approximate prices may be shown in your local currency for convenience. These are estimates only — the actual amount charged may differ due to exchange rates and any fees applied by your payment provider. All transactions are processed in the currency determined by Lemon Squeezy at the time of purchase.
  • Each license key is for a single user and is non-transferable
  • Each license key can be activated on up to 3 devices at a time
  • You can activate your license key within the Keybreak app after purchase

Personal Use

Keybreak (free and Plus) is available for personal, non-commercial use. Feel free to use it at home, for your own productivity, or anywhere you're not making money from it directly.

Commercial Use

If you'd like to use Keybreak in a commercial setting (for example, in your business, for employees, or as part of a product or service you're selling), please get in touch first. We'd love to chat about how we can work together.

Health & Safety

The stretches and activities in Keybreak are provided for general educational and wellbeing purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Participation in stretching and physical activity involves inherent risks, including discomfort, strain, or injury. By using Keybreak, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you voluntarily choose to participate.

You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition before and during use of the app. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, existing injury, pain, or other health concerns.

Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or adverse symptoms and seek appropriate medical advice.

Keybreak is intended for users aged 16 and over.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Keybreak is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of the app
